The morning of the red sun
An angel held my hand
His slightly rustling wings
Were a string orchestra's violins
Pure gold in the new born light
And the bitter tears I never shed
Those wings of whispered dreams
Touched my ocean eyes
Suddenly I could clearly see
My reflection in the sky
Was a thousand unseen stars
"You will never have wings"
My angel softly spoke
"But you'll fly beyond the light"
It must have been the truth
Whether or not it really was
Because he believed it
Hand in hand I walked
Through dreams and fairytales
Hopes and little white lies
I loved for the first time
Because he couldn't die

I see them only through the smoke of the diviner's sage.
Tendrils from a mass of vines pull me into their reality.
On a see-saw with myself
Inhibitions nailed to a tree.
Child like free of sin and rage
I hear their laughter pulling me deeper.
As I lay on the bed of darkness my senses tell me to stand.
Innocence beckons me forward.
Only I hold myself back from their garden land.
They want me there for now and always,
"I'm too much apart of my world, darkened and cold."
I can only say
Ill just climb the ropes to see what they can show me,
So free of sin
Set free only from within.
Alone-Together
Sweet bliss, sought after peace
Or abysmal fall, nothing but gray dreams
Will I take that leap of faith?
Or will I forever give in to fear?
My wings are broken, and my flight would be short
Will you catch me if I fall?
Will you hold my hand and hug me
Or will you watch the show and laugh
And then keep moving along?
Will you take time to break the wall,
Even, if it's necessary, to reverse all?
Weary soul, which needs some mending
Will you take the time to patch it up
Or leave it pending?
Two stars shine in the night
One is waiting for the other
As in turn, does the other
Will they forever shine apart

I don't know what I wish you had said
told me you loved me, if I left you'd be dead
say how you'd miss me, not seem so ok
make it so -I- would regret that day
break me and hurt me, inside and out
till I could know what the pain was about
and now I sit crying shedding my tears
wanting to hope, but feeling only fears
knowing you -can't- love me anymore
and so my heart feels so sore
and i feel bad for hurting you so
for doing some things you cannot know
I sit here knowing I shouldn't say this
but always remembering the feel of your kiss
knowing you knew me and loved me so much
and how I miss you, you and your touch
but I did hurt
while we sit idly by
and watch millions die
due to infected lies
that we, every one
watch hunger and epidemic
run rampant throughout the world
with the pull of a trigger, taking lives
while we stand idly by
due to infected lies as
the prick of a needle
that infects our minds
that it won't touch you ...
like the fallacy
It is a man's made disease, "let them die"
Infected lies are blind to every creed

In the Shadow of Greatness from a Light on the Hill -
Hark, for the time of the destroying angel draws nigh,
Yet our petty attempts to excuse our disobedience increase,
As the time neareth for the return of our brother, our king, son of the most high,
Yea, verily, verily I say unto you, let us prepare to welcome this prince of peace,
Upon whose return the very powers of hell shall be shaken,
Nevertheless, let us tarry not in these mists of darkness,
May we find strength in numbers, love one another and be unforsaken,
For we're all chosen, are we not? thus shall we meet adversity with success,
Yea, triumph over doubt, two by two, brot
